Wow! Gorgeous pool! Moving to Florida from California has been on my mind for the last few months. New homes in Bay Area are $1,500,000-$1,700,000 + property taxes 1%-2% depending on the city + supplemental tax (parks, roads, city bonds, etc.) and no pool, lot size 3,000 - 6,000 sq. feet. For $650,000, you can just get old home built around 1970 year and under 2,000 sq. feet

NICEeeeee! I have a POS house in CT that's 1492 sq ft and it's on 1/2 in Bloomfield and Zillow for 225K. My brother is in Ocala and my cousins is looking in Brandon area. I'm 65 and need a change. The $5900 a year tax along with vehicle, SS, and pension taxes suks. My best friend and his wife moved to Dunnellon, but it's to remote for me.

I agree. It's how I would decorate it. Right down to the colors. So calming. And I love how they have 2 master bedrooms although I'd have to take the one upstairs. My husband would have to take the downstairs when he's in the doghouse. Although, that doesn't really seem like a punishment in that house. Lol.
