HAPPY NEW YEAR KALEB, I LIKE HOUSE #1,ITS A VERY BEAUTIFUL HOME, BUT MY ONLY OBJECTION IS THE HIGH WALL IN THE BACKYARD, WHICH I DON'T LIKE AT ALL, STILL NICE.SAME WITH THIS HOME, THE HIGH WALL, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A BACKYARD, BUT THIS IS VERY PRETTY, HOUSE #3, HOME IS NICE, NOT REALLY A FAN OF TWO STORY, STILL NICE, GREAT VIDEO!

Middish size front bedrooms. Good size bathroom. Nice kitchen. Ok size laundry. Agreed. Wonderful cabinet space. Covered lanai. Maybe a lap pool? Good size primary. Cozy en-suite. Big closet and deep linen closet 👍🏼. Nice home but yard could be bigger. #2- lovely front elevation. $374k. Deep entry. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Bedroom/office. 2 bedrooms with pocket bathroom. Open concept. Lovely kitchen. Covered enclosed lanai. Big primary. Cozy en-suite. Linen closet and closet in the bedroom. Yes it’s smaller. 3rd home- basic clean line elevation. Hall seems narrow. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Open concept. Covered enclosed lanai. If the red flags 🚩 the property line can add a pool. Hallway to the primary looks narrow but big primary. No linen closet but big closet. 2 beds & a jack & Jill. Hall bathroom. Laundry. Bedroom. The 2nd home my fav. Oh Mediterranean 😋😋😋 and unlimited mimosas. Oh the brunch for 2 looks good.
