It's the Farmacy Green Clean Cleansing Balm! It seriously takes off anything, it's amazing 🙂

Have you tried these on the waterline? If so, do they actually deposit enough color and do they last?

I haven't yet just because my eyes tend to get super irritated whenever I put anything on my waterline, but now I'm super curious! I might have to try when I do my makeup tomorrow and report back!

Okay, update! I put the Limelight one on the waterline today. Applies and shows up great, but started stinging my eyes like crazy. And it was super hard to get off so I am guessing it will stay put pretty well lol
