Instead of saying, 'cluster____', my hubby and I say "fustercluck"! I havent seen the 'Mr.. Fox' movie, but I like kids movies so I probably will like it. Thank you so much for making this blanket as a crochet-a-long. I watched your 1st video on the kaleidoscope blanket but I didn't make it too far before I couldn't figure out what to do next/ what I did wrong. Like, I didnt realize that the 2nd set of corners out from the middle, like we did here, that they were 2 rows of 2 colors but the 3rd color needed 3 rows, not just 2. Instead of changing colors as often, for the rows/corners i'm using red heart super saver in parrot stripe, which is a varigated thar slowly changes colors. Then on the last 2 rows/corners of each set, i choose a solid color that goes well w/ the parrot yarn colors. Its looking real pretty so fara

Thank you for your brilliant, clear instruction and lovely humour, which frequently has me giggling - I love the word play.. In lockdown I am finally using yarn that I have owned for longer than I care to remember (10 years and counting 😱) with amazing results so far. I cannot tell you much I appreciate your videos and the demystification of crocheting in this pattern and the others I've been checking out.

Finally going to use my left-over yarn on one big project. Need more room in my storage tote lol. Hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy 2024 New Year.

POW!!! Here I was laboring and watching, writing down what you were saying, trying so hard to get this pattern and crocheting at the same time and all of a sudden I GOT IT:-). I was trying too hard. Once I got it it is a breeze. Thank you so much for laboring through this pattern for us! It is so simple once you get it and if I can get it at 66 then I know these others can too once they figure out the formula.

This is a fun piece, but ohhhhhh all those ends!!! I have an allergy to sewing in ends lol. I don’t understand why so many are asking for a pattern tho. It’s a granny pattern. The only tricky bits are the start which is once off.....once done, it’s done, and the attaching of the triangles, but once you’ve done it once the next time is exactly the same, and the pattern is 3 trebles(or doubles for you Americans) into the previous row space, chain 1 and repeat, corners are 3 trb chain 2, 3 trb into the cnr space, rinse and repeat lol.

I'm sorry to be a bother....... but all the colors are two rows, correct? I'm not understanding why green is 3 rows.
@FiberSpider7 жыл бұрын
Technically you can do however many rows of each color that you want. Each triangle can be one solid color if you like. The only really important thing is the ending row so that each triangle can connect properly, other than that - have fun and go crazy 😉
