I will never forget the first time I heard this some back in the mid-late 90s. To this day it has a way of piercing through the shrouds around my heart and soul and expose me to a direct connection with something undefined that causes me to cry and smile. Innocence.

Kaleidoscope's albums TANGERINE DREAM and FAINTLY BLOWING are really great! Later they changed their band name to FAIRFIELD PARLOUR and released another extraordinary album called FROM HOME TO HOME. All three albums are something really fine!

Wow, was listening to the studio and this came on auto.. this song is beautiful. The lyrics are very well written. Reminds me of the complexity of slip inside this house (13th floor elevators) I don't need to explain anymore just light up and listen. Thank you to whoever recorded this and thank you to the artists of the 60s. Not sure what I would do without all the guidance

What a beautiful song. The funny thing is that when I bought their first album years ago mistakenly I thought it was the Tangerine Dream band. Soon I discovered how amazing Kaleidoscope are. Their music is like a fairytale. The live version is awesome.

We were listening to this in our late teens/early twenties in the 1980's, as a lot of us were far more into late 60's/early 70's culture than what was going on at the time. It was around the time of a few neo psych bands coming out, such as The Rain Parade, so there was something of a revival going on. A guy we knew put on a couple of psychedelic nights with an original oil lamp projector from the 60's. Was really excellent, but we were banned after that because of certain pungent smells that were creeping into the bar downstairs... Many thanks for some very happy memories of when we were young and carefree! ;-)

The drums are perfect!! It gives me goosebumps at 6:28-- Dan rocks it!! Everything is done with this song on stage the way it's meant to be. The only way it would have been better is if Eddy and Steve were up on stage with them. Just like Peter says, "Please listen to the pictures." Cheers!
