😭😭😭😭 missed nearly 2 weeks with you Kaleigh due to life commitments. You are a true friend always meeting us where we are now in life. Trying to not let my exercise fall to the bottom of the list, seems like it’s the first thing to be dropped when feeling overwhelmed. To anybody feeling the same, just know doing these workouts with Kaleigh will make you feel 1000% better in every way ❤❤❤❤

I just had to let you know that this is my first full ride since getting my new to me (but Pre-loved - proper recycling 😂) bike! I'd had my old one for 4 years and it wasn't until I got this one that I realised how much it was holding me back! I'm loving the magnetic resistance, and I treated myself to some new Shimanos ❤😃 and this ride was perfect - thank you!!! And thank you for helping me keep the faith so that I am now able to properly enjoy these rides again 🙌💕

First ride back in a few weeks after losing my consistency and not pushing myself to get on the bike despite an unusually busy schedule.. but it's all about balance, and I have to listen to my body.. especially as I was feeling burnt out and overwhelmed.. lots of tears and tantrums (all mine! 🙈) 26 weeks now and this ride felt AMAZING! I'm definitely getting the December calender to keep me consistent and hold myself accountable.. Will be doing the live ride this Saturday too! Love you guys ❤
