While I was listening to this song, I was walking on the sidewalk and was hit by a car. Many of my bones were broken and my foot was dislocated, my arm was broken in two different places, and my nerves were damaged. Over time, my psychology fell apart. I couldn't listen to this song for a long time. After a year and a half, I am fine, I started exercising again and I am slowly returning to my normal life. I really connect with this song and feel like I've experienced exactly what he's singing about (betrayal, forgiveness, and the cruel way our hearts won't let go). You're right, they come across as very talented musicians with gravitas and no ego who take their craft seriously . The song is so soulful and whistful. Someone else commented on the fact that it was 7 minutes, didn't even realise how long the song was til they mentioned this... Their guitars are awesomly beautiful too. Will be coming back time and again to listen to them. Am amazed I have not ever come across them before today. These guys deserve to be huge. I have experienced loss twice now. Lost my daughter f21 in 2005 and my son f38 one month ago. I was far along in my grief of my daughter but now it has begun all over again. We can go on it just feel like we can’t because our grief is all the love we have for that person we lost. You will live on. You will live on because that person would want you to move forward but you have to experience the grief to move forward. You have to scream cry whatever it takes to get past the worst of the grief.
