Kali Mirchi Karahi
Ingredients for Kali Mirch Karahi:
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger (chopped) 1 Tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp
Chicken 1 ½ kg
Tomato Slices 1 ½ cup
Green Chilies 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 ½ Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger (julienne) for garnishing
Green chilies (Sliced) for garnishing
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Directions for Kali Mirch Karahi Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil, ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.
2. Add cumin seeds and chicken in it and cook until the color changes.
3. Add green chillies, tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add coriander powder, salt, black pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add yogurt and cook until the oil separates or chicken is fully done.
5. Garnish with ginger, green chilies, green coriander and serve. Your Kali Mirch Karahi is ready.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
Servings: 5-6

Sorry to say but this is not kali mirch karahi It's a mixture of multiple Karahi's like afghani, shinwari and desi masala Karahi. Anyways it looks delicious.
