Hi Jennifer, thanks for your comments 🥰, I go to Burra Bazar on Sat & Sun cause it's very busy. basically I have a weekly schedule in place, in a day I do 2-3 shoots or just 1 depending on the content and travel time, I keep 2days for my editing. Unfortunately they r not making the dosas fresh which makes a lot of difference.

The Dosas r freshly cooked and packed somewhat its soft and the taste varies, having the dosa cooked in front of you hot to get that crunchy taste. That makes the difference
