Trying to learn here.....why does Proven go to the market for funds to invest in companies like JMMB? Can’t JMMB and these other companies also go to said market for said funds?

JMMBGL had an APO in October 2019 and raised funds to buy into Sagicor Jamaica's parent company which is Sagicor Financial Company. Several other companies are looking towards APO's as well.

@@davidrose7686 APOs are dilutional, but also a great opportunity as an existing shareholder to get more shares at a discount (once offered) in a company one has a long-term perspective on.

Well very good presentation however stock prices are expensive yes they had a good track record they had a good ride when the market was at its peak now the entire markets has restarted so now this is a big reset I think stock prices could have been alot cheaper
