The risk of evidence manipulation and character assassination, particularly in cases involving vulnerable individuals, demands a joint investigative effort between the army and police to guarantee a fair, honest, and transparent process.Joint Investigation should be allowed ,Both ARMY, CID and POLICE should pe part of investigation. WIthout ARMY in the investigation process, it is impossible to EXPOSE CORRUPT,SEXUAL ABUSER POLICE present in the system. POLICE are CORRUPTED and ARMY are HONEST.

This is case involing two separate incidents at late night. First incident between army officer, her fiancee and engineering students; second incident when both had gone to police to take action against the students. Proper investigation should be done in unbaised manner from all angles before pronouncing somebody guity. Policemen too have their families, students too have their career.

What Tala Mela ? Why CRIME BRANCH is not asking all 5 or 6 police , in their custody how the lady was so injured. Besides, in the absence of a Magistrate l, how could the police keep him in lock up room. Besides if the police would have taken action very early then both the Major and his fiancee would not have been irritated. Because of unnecessary it is obvious anybody would be irritated. But it does mean to arrest, to keep in lock up and to assault sexually causing severe injury. If police will be vindictive it is natural a person is to defend himself or herself. Ankita was one, her friend was in lock up room, how could one person attacked or fight with 5 to 7 policemen. She must have tried to save herself. Further police denied for joint investigation ...WHY. What is the intention ? By joint investigation by Army and crime branch the result would have been transparent, crystal clear. But, now on the report of the crime branch there may remain some doubts on the investigation. Everything should have very clearly done.
