Kalis Ilustrisimo Certification Program

Tatang’s Living Art of Kalis Ilustrisimo is a unique Filipino Martial Arts program. It can be used as a study guide or as an instructor certification course for those who want to teach Tatang Ilustrisimo’s fighting method.
Better yet, the format is unique because not only will I teach each element of this amazing Filipino Martial Arts system, but most techniques or training methods will be followed by footage of Tatang doing the technique or training method himself!
Many of these clips are my own video that I’ve never released publicly. You don’t just learn from my teaching and explanations; you get to watch and emulate the Filipino Martial Arts legend Tatang Ilustrisimo himself!

How close is the curriculum to the battlefield kali sword curriculum?

Very different. There is little ambush-specific training in Battlefield Kali sword but a great deal in Kalis Ilustrisimo.

Almost all weaponry. There is an empty hand component, but definitely not the emphasis.
