Greatest anime piano arrangement of all time. The speed is already fast, yet you make it faster and harder by adding so many ideas and techniques. The entire arrangement is packed with ideas: big jumps from both hands, crossovers, left hand melodies, fast runs, big chords, arpeggios, 3 hand technique and even 4 hand technique somewhere I think.... There is also so much classical style in this arrange. It's incredible. My favorite aspect is the balance. Even tho it's kinda overloaded with techniques, it still sounds amazing! The arrangement isn't short either! To be able to play the entire piece flawlessly! and with such feeling and musicality. This guy is indeed a genius. 6:57 was just insane. The left hand was moving so elegantly and never missed a single note... I hope I can see more transcription from this god.

His original youtube channels are called "PianoFuture" or you can just type Yui Morishita&Pianeet on youtube search :D And I agree, this is simply one of the greatest, if not greatest anime piano pieces of all time (btw, if you want to see more work from him, you can chat to me on FB and I'll give you a few of his work :D )

This is the conclusion of practing Alkan, one of the piano master, for years.

The scoring is amazing since it made melody and harmony possible to be played 2 hands. And the pianist is even more amazing to play such a score. He is crazy, in the most pleasant and best way possible...

Thank you for amazing fusion of J-pop and piano-classic in tradition of Alkan,Godowsky and Rachmaninov.
He's so good it does not even look hard. He just seems to play the notes and that's it.

That piece is nothing compared to this tbh, I've played Unravel before, and there are only 2 pages total (last two pages to be exact) that is difficult. This piece on the other hand is insane from start to finish xD Kururugi Suzaku

CSMPiano Hahahaha you seem like a fan of complicated pieces? Do you happen to be a fan of Liszt?
@CSMPiano8 жыл бұрын
I've never played any classical pieces myself since I mostly self-taught (I have played quite a few pieces from Animenz and Ishter though) I usually likes to listen to Rachmaninoff, Alkan (Pianeet's performance of Schero Focoso is amazing btw) and Chopin. But Liszt pieces are amazing as well (and I believe this particular arrangement used a technique from Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody in the final chorus)Kururugi Suzaku

What's the white stuff on his fingers?
@CheeseElf7 жыл бұрын
If you pause at 8:12 it looks like he just has bandages/plasters on his index and middle finger. I usually do that when I cut my nails too short because it hurts to tap the keys when you play a fast song.
@Shadoweprinz7 жыл бұрын
The same happens with me. But I want to know what that stuff is so I can buy it maybe instead of using bandaids. Playing with bandaids completely messes me up.
@CheeseElf7 жыл бұрын
Oh if that's the case, I got no idea haha. Usually bandaids don't mess me up as long as I use thin ones.
