This movie is set on dystopian future where director Nag ashwin brought Sci fi and ancient indian super hero name kalki together....According to hindu mythology Lord vishnu has 10 incarnations, the last and 10th is KALKI.....when the world is facing water scarcity and the evil/ evil powers are ruling the world, then the KALKI will come and destroy that evil forces and goodness can be established....this is the core theme of the film. It was set in a far dystopian apocalyptic future in year 2898....the pre production of the film had took nearly 2 years to build the world which has having futuristic cars, advanced weapons, apocalyptic cities, bionic gadgets, robotic warfare, robotic armory robotic exoskeletons and mainly dystopian hindu temples..etc..which has never done in the history of Indian cinema...Literally it is going to change indian cinema for sure....
