The name of the gem in ashwatthama's forehead is "syron ratna" which kept him young , powerful and invincible. As a punishment of killing Padavas son's and directing Brahmastra towards the womb of pregnant Uttara, Ashwatthama was asked to surrender the gem which was shown in the trailer. We aren't ignorant about our culture dude, we said it just as a reference similar to vision's mindstone that's it and it's an instant reaction video not an explanation or breakdown. So you see, the whole ashwatthama theory can't just pop up on our head right then & there instantly. Chill!
