Mahabharat scene are not gold not diamond much more precious. N saddest part is, as per sanathana dharma, ur wepons dont just triggered by the physical touch. There has to sadana, kundalini shakti, atma shakti, mantra shakti, this is core hindu, n it never appear on screen. One thing I thought should have been done. Instead of using a CGI young Amitabh in the battle sequence they should have just gone with Abhishek for that part of the story. Since the whole backdrop is CGI it is essential to keep the characters real otherwise it loses on its originality and ends up looking rather cartoonish. Abhishek would have been good taking into consideration the similarity of the facial features

@@vicks_vap that's true and not that I'm a big Abhishek fan. But given a good script and a good director Abhishek can deliver and the biggest plus point would have been the facial similarity. It would have created a beautiful sense of continuity. And the way this story progressed it's evident that they will keep referring to Mahabharata in flashbacks. And idk why it's not being discussed enough but this movie has one banger of a kurukshetra scene. It was immaculate. So if they do reference back and all characters are humans and Amithabh bacchan is CGI it looks a bit off.

Our scriptures are filled with stories of characters who have come out of fire unscathed - Holika, Prahlad, Sita, Draupadi (used to perform 'agni snan' at the end of the year) All these stories PRECEDE Daenerys by eons. If we want to talk about copying then we can easily say that Daenerys' story was copied from here. Also Deepika walking through fire is an inversion of Vasudev walking with Krishna. Like the mighty Yamuna split and made way for him so did fire for Kalki. This also proved to the rebels standing outside that they had indeed found their 'Maa'. The scene was not only symbolically rich but also served an important role in the story.

But i guess they did otherwise to show Bujji in grand splendor which is also understandable. No other movie deserves a cinematic universe like Kalki because its concept, possibilities are immense.

Whenever Lord krishna appear in movie screen, I feel like, "krishna plz give me divine sakshatkaar, I will leave this body n come With you". Mahabharat scene are not gold not diamond much more precious. N saddest part is, as per sanathana dharma, ur wepons dont just triggered by the physical touch. There has to sadana, kundalini shakti, atma shakti, mantra shakti, this is core hindu, n it never appear on screen. More sad thing is these are recognized by Japanese n Chinese movies (air bender, kunfu panda). N bramhastra is worst in this case, in sanathana darma u have to control ur emotions N thought then only u can Channelize energy, but in that movie it's complete contrast, hero have to find strong emotion to trigger energy In hanuman movie also, same, hero don't do any sadhana, no kundalini jagruthi, just from that mani he get powers. A 'friend' (questionable since he dragged me to watch this IN THE THEATRE) was dying to watch this and the 3.5 hrs with the trailers and the intermission and all gave me a massive migraine. Don't know it was the INOX I was at or the sound was really that loud but it was just deafening for the most part. And this Prabhaas... Can he really act?!? Baahubali really catapulted him but it was an overall well rounded movie so I get it. His antics in this and even the other ones that have come post that money minting one have been so crap. Amitabh was brilliant! He made the bits he was in worth it. Kamal Haasan's character is also intriguing. The last half an hour was alright but the major chunk was just stupid... OMG - I also audibly chuckled at that kid getting that totally deserved smack at the cinema and some people didn't like it 😅😆🤣😂 P.S.: TOTALLY second the motion that a big screen properly doen Ramayana and Mahabharata would be brilliant! The CGI for Amitabh's face was horrendous though. It was jarring on the huge screen. The rest of the Kurukshetra scenes were GORGEOUS!

Vision’s infinity stone is smooth and fits snugly in his forehead while the rudramani is rugged and has a shiva linga carved on the inside of it. It doesn’t fit perfectly on Big B’s forehead but protrudes outward to make it look like the third eye of Shiva. Now are you going to say that the third eye of Shiva has also been taken from Vision?

Hi TQTS What I am going to write is not just about your video but for all the people who are trying way too hard to find copied elements in Kalki. It will be VERY long and I doubt if people will even read it but I want to put it out there for clarity’s sake. Let us talk about all the elements which people claim to have been copied - 1. Concept - The prophecy of Kalki- that the final avatar of Vishnu will come and restore justice in Kaliyug has been in place for thousands of years. It was also said in folklore that many other deities will be ‘avatratit’ in a different form to protect it. The same thing happened when Rama and Krishna took birth. Looong before Terminator’s writer’s great-great grandfather was born. How is this a plot taken from recent sci-fi movies? Even if you want to disregard it, the concept of a messiah and its destined protector is extremely common and exists in several stories and movies. Terminator was not the first to do it nor Kalki will it be the last. 2. The fire scene - The fire scene was an inversion of the water scene with Vasudeva. When he was carrying Krishna on his head, the mighty river Yamuna made way for him by splitting apart. So did fire - indicating that Deepika is carrying the lord of elements himself. If this is copied from Daenerys then the entire scene with Daenerys must be copied from Prahlad- the first story we ALL read about a person who came out of fire unharmed. The concept originated here and even then, the treatment of the Deepika scene is different from the Daenerys Egg scene. 3. Aswathamma and Vision - This is the most appalling. The concept of Ashwathamma having an all powerful Rudra Mani has been in place eons before Marvel. How can it be compared to Vision who is hardly few decade old? Even the visual treatment is different. Vision’s infinity stone is smooth and fits snugly in his forehead while the rudramani is rugged and has a shiva linga carved on the inside of it. It doesn’t fit perfectly on Big B’s forehead but protrudes outward to make it look like the third eye of Lord Shiva. Neither the visual nor the concept has been copied. 4. DUNE - I have been dying to talk about this one. How has Kalki been copied from Dune? Because they both have Desert Environment? Sand Hills? Strong winds? Their universe, characters, purpose and nature of story is POLES apart. Look what the desert symbolizes in Dune - Full of spice, it represents the helplessness and the oppression of the people of Arakis while in Kalki it shows that there is not a drop of water or a morsel of food outside the complex. Desert is a very common symbol for despair and doom. Has any EXACT scene been lifted from Dune? So from now on every movie that has desert in the background must be considered a copy of Dune. Then what about The Mummy movie series? It had similar visuals as Dune. Now? Even the costumes which look similar are conceptually different. Bhairava is wearing silver armour while characters in Dune wear a specially-made suit that recycles the outside heat into water. Vehicles - Both movies have vehicles that move on sand. There is some similarity but not a blatant rip off. 5.Voldemort and Kali - Because they are both Bald? Countless supervillains are bald. It is considered to be a characteristic trait of supervillains. What other similarities do they have? Voldemort has been conceptualized as a snake while Yaskeen has the appearance of a monk; who are often bald. He has been fashioned after our deities -a demi god with multiple arms and orbs circling him. If you want to talk about copying, let's talk about Horcruxes. A concept directly lifted from the story of Hatim Tai which preced Harry Potter by hundreds of years. 6. Star wars- Look at the picture comparing the two characters posted in the video. From the picture itself it is clear that the only thing common between their design is black colour. Capes are EXTREMELY COMMON in both villains and heroes. Darth Vader was not the first to wear it. Black and Red is often linked with negative forces and blue and white with positive ones. This is common across many media and stories. Kalki hasn’t taken it from Star Wars particularly. Both stories have warships but they have been designed differently. It is not a direct lift. 7. Transformers - Yes there is a lot of similarity. The concept of a car transforming into a fighting machine has been taken from Transformers. But so have many other movies and anime. Even then I didn’t see a direct rip - off. The design of Bujjy transformation is not COMPLETELY identical. They have still put in their own ideas. 8. Shambala has not been taken from Wakanda. It is supposed to be a mystic city hidden in the mountains or even in a different astral plane. This concept came thousands of years before Black Panther. Who has copied whom? Of course there are glimpses and similarities here and there. The same can be said for every content out there. There is no need for people to diss on something thoughtlessly.

As per indian movie sci Fi movies goes this is a great movie. Though you can see elements from Mad Max, Terminator, the Mandalorian, Star Wars etc etc but attempt is praise worthy.
