It wouldn't be possible without great neighbours 🥰 Living out here in the forest, the distance between houses can be vast, but the connections we share are surprisingly close. There’s something deeply comforting about knowing that, no matter how far apart we are, we’re always just a call-or a visit-away from helping one another. It’s easy to think that living in a remote place means doing everything alone, but I’ve learned that’s far from true. The willingness to lend a hand, share knowledge, or simply be there for each other is something you can feel in every interaction. All you have to do is dare to ask. I don’t believe we’re meant to go through life alone. We’re stronger together, and it’s through these acts of kindness and support that we truly succeed-not just in building homes, but in building a life worth living 😊❤

That's wonderful accomplishment, that is like me an 80 year old widow doing things my husband and I had left undone because he was sick, he use to say (when I would take into my hands a project I needed done and he was too busy) that is wonderful honey but I think I need to make it a little stronger or straighter on this side, so gentle not to hurt me, and he would adjust my projects. I know you are not 80 but never doing things is so rewarding to finally say I did it, and it is wonderful.

As a person who as had to learn to live and do everything alone over the past 5 years after having some one to turn to for over fourty plus years, I've learn the biggest obstacles to any project aren't the practical ones but, but the self doubt of can I do this, and I've discovered the amazing feeling and great personal growth in over coming that doubt.

The Northern Lights you filmed show all the colors - I haven't seen all the colors in a video and I would say this an Award Winning film of the most beautiful Northern Lights. I cried and I was astonished and grateful - and in awe of the beauty you captured on film. Hey Kalle! I'm obsessed with your videos! I grew up on the countryside, and one thing we almost couldn't live without was our fourwheeler (ATV). In your case, you could have pulled all of the boards all the way up to the A-frame. Or for example plowing all the snow in the winter so you don't have to walk thru the deep snow after grocery shopping. It makes the life a bit more tolerable. This probably crossed your mind already, but just a tip! keep up the good work, you are doing great!

Im here in alaska /I never see the aurora even though I cant sleep well and am up all night/im gonna start going out side and looking now/thanks for the wholesome vids/love it /I havent been able to find an honest competent carpenter here so im teaching my self carpentry /my friend cut a hole in my barn with a scary tool and I built a beautiful door with wooden folk flowers that works like dream door/im 63 woman living alone/lol!

We can do a A-frame house really cheap! And a great saver on money for its small an donut need much to heat up! And that give me an idea! Why not have a greenhouse in the other end! Like a dome! Just an idea! And I also love your concept of film!❤ /Mikael

Oh my God😳 the most beautiful northern lights, Kalle❤ this is so magic. We came right back from the north of Sweden yesterday and whenever I go there I hope so badly for northern lights and this time we got the polar lights exactly on new years night 😍. That was the best fireworks we ever had in our lifetime 😊❤️. But sadly enough, trying to film it with my smartphone didn‘t work. Kalle I love the door on your Aframe. It is beautiful & you did a great job installing the door. The Nortern lights were absolutely breathtaking! I’m so happy Christina’s parents got to see the Norhern lights. I follow Cecilia Bromdahl who lives in Svalbard near the North Pole and she was showing the Northern lights on her channel and she was saying how beautiful they were and hadn’t seen any like that in 5/6 years. I’m happy your friends at the sawmill could help you out with the lumber. You really worked hard carrying the lumber up to your Aframe! I really enjoy this video, all your videos I watch I enjoy this one was extra special. I loved the northern lights so very special made me emotional. I also enjoyed the sound of the ice in the lake. I was overjoyed when hearing the noise I was familiar with didn’t have any idea what it was. I was overjoyed when you said it was a fox, I was so happy now knowing what I was hearing after dark from my bedroom window, thank you for that information I appreciate your knowledge. I live on a mountain by a beautiful lake have a lot of different animals, birds forest. I love where I live I am so thankful, grateful because I love nature spend a lot of time outdoors.
