Excellent had a late start to, best thing ever make SURE it's a good quality guitar- they stay in tune and play much easier. Not only that you can always grow into it expand . Last a good guitar can be sold again, of course that's not going to be you. Keep strumming enjoy your adventure Oh best thing I ever did was get a ukulele they are far easier to play on the fingertips and amount of pressure needed, MUCH faster learning curve, They travel well I play mine in the work van all the time. And down the Salt River in Arizona all the time.

A cheap as chips 2nd hander for $5 is plenty good for starting, just make sure it's a nylon string one. Good luck!

Saw this band at a cider farm nr Bodmin, Cornwall on 2nd October 2022. They brought out my inner flamenco as the late afternoon sun streamed into the open barn & illuminated the dust we kicked up. Utterly magical.
