There was a really thick white gasket in the box separate from the bag of extra gaskets. Where does it go? I didnt see it listed in the directions?

Hi Mike, the Calix is meant to be easy to travel with and so it is made of very high grade ultra-clear and scratch resistant plastic. 🙂

I wish the “outer dome” came in better finishes. The plain matte does not match the luxury aesthetic of the hose and hmd

I think it would be wise to have a Travel version with plastic and silicone as-is, and a Desktop/Home version with glass and metallic upper matching the Lotus finishes. An all-glass edition could also be cool. It would also be nice to be able to customize the hoses and again match with the Lotus finishes. Tons of potential for these platforms!

For the people who brought it, it took me an hour to figure this out. There’s a blocker in the stem you’ll have to remove it

@@vvarbug yeahh. There’s a filter and i think there’s a blocker. For me the smoke was good but the flavor tasting wasnt there

@@kieranramnarine4663 that’s meant to be there from what I was told. It’s to prevent the water from rising when purging to hard. Also when filing up the base you latterly need very very little water, the less the better from my experience.
