Hlo sir. M an IHM Lucknow 1st year student. Today i went to a cafe as a guest and the burger i orderes had a hair in it. I was not charged for the burger then, so is the right rhing to do or as a staff they could have offered something else. Also if the meal is prepaid as in case of buffets, what can be done if the guest didn't like something?

Yor are right sir presently i m doing job in uae in catering company as a senior suparvisor mujhe ankur sir ne bataya tha jab maine delhi me ccd me pehli job ki thi unhone teach kiya tha anwar agar hospitality me career banana hi to to always try to fulfil customer requirements and make them friends give them more respect if you make them friends then everthink ill be ok your behavior should be good admit the mistake becoz cuatomer is always right bas 14 saal se is line me hu bas iskiye kabhi customer ko wrong dikhane ki koshiah nahi ki jaha aapne customer se dispute ki samjho khatam dimag ka use karo taqat ka nahi 100 me se 20 bande ayse milege ke aapko jhelna hai bhai bas apni galti mante raho thats it
