Unfortunately, no. The law doesn't really care.

Day, I don't know if you have a legal aid program where you live. Maybe they can help you. You and the fur babies are in my prayers .

There is legal aid, I reached to them, they're overburdened and understaffed, they're focusing on court cases involving children only, pretty much. I was able to hold my own up to know, and represented myself pro se, with my meager knowledge of law, because of course I can't afford a lawyer
