Nice! However, looks like all future city projects are centered around Kolkata and nearby places. WB should also plan to decentralize development efforts - toward North Bengal. How about famous Darjeeling tea industry? What happened to the expansion/upgrading of Jaldhaka Hydel plant? Still, traveling to NB is a nightmare and dependent on only few broken roads, single train track! Only building citi housing projects is going to have a temporary economic elusion. People won't be able live there long in a sustainable way unless the infrastructure is not well-developed and decentralized.

Looks good as a concept, will be HUGE if the whole 52 acres is completed.. however I have my doubts if this will be implemented at all... fingers crossed 🤞
