a little inspiration stay inside and clean your space both physically and mentally while we continue to do our part to help stop the spread of covid19 ✨
I know for some staying inside may seem dreadful, but we can make it a cozy and inspirational time. My heart goes out to all of those who are out there working back to back shifts in hospitals, running around doing deliveries, stocking shelves at grocery stores and working endlessly to discover all that we can about this virus and how we can slow it down and, eventually, stop it.
If all that we can do to help in the meantime is stay inside, stay healthy and stay light, then that's exactly what we'll do.
I'll be posting more feel-good content over the next few weeks of things to do inside, long talks we can have over coffee and ways to keep our minds and souls busy (and cozy)!
We will get through it together, one day at a time!

I've just finished spring cleaning too, did a makeover for my room, enjoyed some self-care time and now I'm feeling centered, fresh and zen. This video came up right in time to inspire me to make the best use of this chapter of our lives and finish it with getting a better version of ourselves. I absolutely loved this one, it gave me so much peace and comfort. There's kind of a different vibe around you, you seem much calmer and your voice is even softer and quieter than usual. You inspired me to spring clean my home (even though we're covered in snow here in Macedonia and spring is nowhere to be seen), there's so much junk around that I don't need and I want my surroundings to be fresh and clean, especially now that I have to spend all my time at home. Do you know about how thoughts can make an energetic grid in each room of your apartment? Maybe that`s why you felt the same way when you came back as the way before you left. I think through cleaning you intuitively got rid of those vibrations and made room for new thoughts to dominate the vibration of your apartment. (I hope you get it what I mean.) Beside that your make up look in the intro and during the video is so natural and fresh. It`s really like just a little touch to highlight your beauty. I love this vlog, thanks Kayln ❤ My mind is doing overtime having had so much time alone and its made me realise that I have spent years of my life (33 of them to be exact) filling the void rather than facing it. Being alone and turning to harmful practices (emotional eating in my case) to avoid simply sitting with yourself and honestly feeling what that is, is something that I have done for the longest time. This is such a strange time we are in, and so many of us are now faced with a huge void literally in our homes. Will you be filling the void or facing it? I’m a 16 year old who tested positive for COVID-19. I live in NYC (now the epicenter of the virus) It was hard to breathe with my cough, and I’ve been under quarantine for nearly 2 weeks now. Nyc is on shutdown so either way I can’t go out. Your videos help me stay positive and stay on track for school. As the city has over 21,000 cases and I am one of them, there hasn’t been much hope around. This video was so needed for me. The other day I woke up with this sudden motivation and happiness I haven’t felt in a long time. I’ve honestly felt depressed for so many reasons since January. This week I’ve been deep cleaning my space, my mind and just everything tbh. If your not moving to Bali, British Columbia is a great choice. I moved from Saint Catharines Ontario to BC 20 years ago and I've never looked back. At one point, I felt so full, too full. So I start decluttering, get rid of superfluous. But it wasn’t enough. So I start cleaning my relationships, it wasn’t enough. I start cleaning my brain, my spirit, saying good bye to old habits. And yet, it wasn’t enough. Then, I decided to change everything. Erased the past, the old me, erased the person I didn’t want to be anymore. I left everything and everybody behind me, even myself. I start a new chapter in my life, with a new me, with nothing. But It wasn’t enough ! So I just keep going, don’t look back, don’t stop. It is overwhelming, scary. But you never fail if you never stop. Maybe one day, It will be enough. First, I hope you are feeling ok. I know this isn't the place for this, and you are just making videos, but Kalyn, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I'm so sad. And lonely. And without my kids I feel hollow. Divorce broke my life into pieces. And you and your encouragement are slowly helping me pick up the mess. Life is so scary and permanent in a temporarily beautiful sort of way. As I see the world spiral into chaos, I'm just thankful for girls. Like you. ❤️

The irony that we are in Spring -rebirth- and we have been forced into isolation. It’s really a great internal rebirth that none of us probably ever would have considered. It’s a blessing. A diamond in the rough. I think the things I’ve impulse bought to help me, upon reflection, they’ve become a hindrance. They’re really just stifling all the thoughts, the actions, the great ideas. All I think about and focus on now is these impulse buys and they trigger such awful thoughts. So, I’ve started packing them away, cleaning my space as you have, and it’s brought me to such a lovely place. I wouldn’t say I’m “there” yet, but I am on my way. So glad to see you on your way too Kalyn. Hope we are all doing this rebirth and shutting down all the external things, people, etc that are hindering us and blocking or paths to that better self, that fuller self in the distance. Let us learn from the lack we’re experiencing now. I’ve discovered I’m not having the mental breakdown I thought I was having. It’s a breakthrough. What a great relief! Thanks to my big brother, Joshua, for that bit of enlightenment. We are all in this together! 🌻🎶 🍷
