this was so nice to watch. I just had my first and the "What we want to share online" struggle is real. MY mom isn't very happy about it but we are also not showing our child's face online. And I also think its a safety thing as well as a privacy thing. So it was nice to hear someone else actively talk about it.

Hey Kalyn! Graphic designer here 👋🏼 I agree it’s a nice improvement, def more clean! To help with legibility, if you are tied to the this font, you could try adjusting the space between the letters in each word (leading) as it’s a bit generous currently for a script font were the letters are supposed to be connected. You could also make the white text pop more by adjusting the color behind to create more contrast, you could do this by increasing the saturation or choosing a darker shade. There are actually tools online you can use to test if text/background color contrast passes accessibility standards. Just my two cents, take it or leave it! Glad to see you’re thriving 🤍

I think there should also be talked about the fact that mothers who send their kids to daycare for multiple days a week have more energy or motivation to set up these great activities while then trying to get something done. You once mentioned you send Easton to daycare 4 days a week. If that is still accurate the amount of time you have to entertain him is then limited to 3 full days and not 7. It just makes a little difference in the energy a mother can bring up to get this creative all the time.

We cosleep too including at naptime with our 9 month old. We've been napping on the couch so I can stay awake or in our big bed, but we are making a floor bed in LO's room now that he's more mobile. We're going to still sleep in the big bed at night, but we're trying to transition naps to the floor bed to give him some independence and us a little more flexibility with naps.

After a few months, I also decided to take the route of giving my son internet privacy. I've had some people say it makes my videos impersonal but I feel better knowing that AI can't get to him and if he wants to have an online presence then he can choose that when he grows up.

I love working out with our 10 month old. She’s walking already, and will mimic some of the movements which is adorable. Such a tiny human doing squats with me is maybe the cutest thing she does? We like doing The Class which is a lot like a dance party for her and a high energy yoga class for me.

Im sure youve discovered that in your real life. Im trying to find my real life mom friends. Not just friends that are also moms but moms that parent how i do. Im the only mom in my group of friends that cosleeps. Im the only one who still breastfeeds.. and i agree i utilize ms rachel and girl. Lemme turn you on to learning with ms houston. Some of her stuff is advanced but lemme just say. Her songs slap. And her remixed classics are so good! Anyway. Thank you for still being here. Your corner of the internet is comforting , welcoming and inspirational for me. Its funny there was a time when i felt comforted bc you became interested in things after i already liked them but felt maybe a little insecure about it. Ie tarot , rocks, astrology, being less of a consumer .. basic hippie witch stuff;) and now im really enjoying following your lead a bit on parenting. Everyone has their own flair to being a mom. But i really appreciate your transparency and open approach. And it helps me to see a little honesty in how two kids will feel. I have friends with multiples but they did it before i had the capacity to understand what one was like. Now its nice to see what a person can do with two when i know first hand how crazy one is. Anyway. Keep doing you girl. I hope you have time to stare into space and care for your feet and skin and hair and stuff haha all the things! 💕

Your children will definitely appreciate you recording them growing up. Children do grow fast so it’s best to record now before the future comes. My father record me, my sister and my mom back 1994 we were in Seoul South Korea. There was a festival going on and looking back those video when I was in my 20’s I feel so appreciated for my dad recording the VHS video.

I started having that feeling around 9 months too! I lasted until my daughter was 1 and we thought alright people say it's more difficult to get pregnant with baby #2 so let's try early. LOL the first month we tried we got pregnant. They will be basically two years apart. May and June babies, but we couldn't be happier at the thought of them growing up so close in age 😊

I think we want to start fertility treatments again in 2 years since I have a lot of weight to lose and I have to be careful because I had GDM with insulin and most likely will happen again so I have to eat super super super clean! No sweets and low carb 😅
