I saw a graphic in the video that seemed to contradict that idea, and when I went to google it later from what I saw the numbers that say the majority of players are over the age of 18 now. And it'd make total sense for that to be the case considering the age of the game. The only thing I will say is those numbers probably aren't 100% accurate - it's going to almost certainly rely on the age players SAID they were when they created an account, and seeing as you need to be 13 to create an account some percentage of kids would have lied about their age when signing up just in order to be able to create the account. A 10 year old who singed up in 2017 but lied and said they were 13 isn't actually 18 but would show up as such in their numbers. That being said, I would be surprised if the majority of players are under the age of 18 anymore.

What I think its the most funny about this bizarre and stupid story is that any half decent competent kid in the Fortnite map editor would.have a really high chance of doing this either for free or for like $10k, which in terms of presidential campaign is pennies, and even if we assume that you also need a dedicated team of aides or political scientists or whatever to actually populate the map with the kid, their total man hours cost should come to around $30-50k, so less than $60-50k dollars for this, which is somewhere between 60000 and 50000 times the average budget for a map in Fortnite, but in terms of a whole election, its pennies. I helped made the trailer for this map and yes, I thought it was a very silly idea from start to finish because as an entirely australian studio, we arent't really blinded by all the election shenanigans. We just took this on as another silly branded map project (not the silliest i've experienced working for them) making a map aimed at kids, without the features those kids want to play, then spending the entire marketing budget of that map on publishers who aim their promotions at grown adults.
