Since more black babies were aborted than born in NYC, I suspect your sample size may be too small. Since overturning R v. W makes it a states rights issue (the way it always should have been) and here in NY we have passed legalized abortion through the proper legislative channels and it doesn't matter what the supreme court does, I also suspect that most young black women are not fully aware of how this all works legally.

Notice the video is only talking 18-29 year olds. As people enter their 30's their income typically goes up. they become less dependent. They tend to marry so abortion becomes less of an issue. But money, specifically handouts that become taxes on their paychecks, becomes a big issue. As people have kids and those kids head off to school, both parents are in the workforce and the couple earns their most they'll earn in their lives as a family. But they go from getting the earned income credit and free housing living with their parents to trying to buy a home, start saving for retirement and saving for their kids' futures. Their income goes up and their taxation goes up exponentially. A couple earning $60,000 a year with 2 kids might pay $1500 in federal taxes. That same couple goes up to $120,000 because the mom is working too and all of a sudden they're paying $10,000 in federal taxes. They worry about their kids and start going to church. Their views become more socially conservative as they build a family together. The whole while, they're watching the schools indoctrinate their kids with woke ideology. Those parents take a hard turn right. Many of the women start voting Republican. Most of the men already did but more join them. Then they hit 55. The kids are out of the house and they're panicked they haven't saved enough for retirement and they start looking at social security as a safety net. They know when they retire, that good company insurance goes away and medicare becomes the only way they can get their meds and they move back left a few points. The Dems come out every election swearing the Reps are going to steal social security and medicare. They scare the kids telling them Reps will send them to war (even though war is more prevalent under Dems). They keep 18-29, minorities and women with fear of things going away. The Republicans have had full control of the government multiple times the last 50 years. they've held the house, senate and presidency at the same time and nobody did away with entitlements. We didn't start WWIII. Its just fear tactics post 1964 when the Dems changed their playbook.
