I watch a lot of congressional hearings, and one thing seems to be true across them all: the democratic congressionals manipulate, obstruct, interrupt, hold double standards, and lie. Sometimes, it's like watching adults engage with children. My point is that in addition to everything said in the video, there are differences in style.

Look, there’s a great value in learning history. As has been famously noted, “those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it”. I get that there is a lot of history to cover, and schools may not be able to cover everything, and certainly not as in depth as it needs to be, so it’s up to parents to make sure to expose their children to some things. Movies or books are imo a great way to help educate children. I believe that the most important things American children should have a good understanding of are the American Revolution/founding of our Nation, Slavery/Civil War, America’s immigrant story, and World War II. The Diary of Anne Frank and Roots are in book and movie form. I’m sure there are a lot of good ones, maybe ask at the library. Take some time to watch with your kids 😁

Back when African slaves were brought to this country, the skin color was so dark they were almost black. Modern black people tend to have a mixed heritage with white and other people.

People forget that the purpose of the 2nd amendment is so the citizens can defend themselves from a tyrannical government. Throughout history, any government that removed its populaces right to bare arms wound up committing atrocities against their own people. Nazi Germany is a prime example. The founding fathers fought against an oppressive ruler and believed that the government should fear the people, not the people fear our government. By restricting the types and quantities of weapons, the government can tip the scale against the populace should the people ever decide to rise up against it.

Black is an outdated term. In the 50's, you were black. With interracial marriages starting in the 60's you slowly started getting lighter. After a few decades I would now consider you brown people. Some linage has almost gone to white. Watching new migrants come over from Africa it brings me back to when most of you were black. They consider VP Kamila Harris to be black, but I heard she was Jamaican. Does this count. All it does is confuse the hell out of people and makes them uncomfortable.

Democrat Party was the party of Slavery, Abe Lincoln was the first Republican president and fought the Civil War and ended Slavery. African Americans back then were overwhelming Republicans until WW2 when FDR started welfare through the New Deal attracting African Americans. It wasn't until the 1964 Civil Rights Act was passed Republican majority Congress but signed by Pres. Lyndon Johnson (D) and therefore Democrats received credit and attracted the majority of African Americans while expanding welfare with the "Great Society" programs. President Johnson (D) was a known racist, but saw the political opportunity of signing the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as was quoted saying "we'll have these N-words voting Democrat for the next 200 years."
