Kamaru Usman has fought the entire 5 rounds of a fight for 5 fights straight in the ufc and won all of them. His composure and cardio is on another level; really a top class fighter, one of the best in the ufc, in the mma sport today. That's a big advantage for Francis Ngannou to have someone of the pedigree of Kamaru Usman in his corner; his corner advice will definitely help Francis navigate through a 5 round fight in case the fight is to go the distance.

Tbh that's smart. A major reason why Francis gassed out so early the first time is because he put so much energy into his punches that he missed. It's tough to be that heavy and not expend so much energy. A jab is not only less taxing, but also more accurate, less misses. Idk if Francis has the IQ or ability to set up a KO like that, but that's the best way to go about it.
