It's why I like working out at home, you can get creative and noone is in your way. I don't have heavy weights but I decided to do 50-60 reps with light weights per set and do all kinds of exercises with free weights given me alot of endurance to workout on the heavy bag throwing alot of punches and it's really helping with my posture and overall joint health
