The amount of people catfishing or being a scamartist and voluntarily letting themselves get exposed full face on national television, should be comparable with the amount of people that would voluntarily tell their deep dark secrets in front of a big crowd (this actually being even less damaging to their reputation) Honestly, it would already be impressive if you'd find a few, let alone this many to fill a show with this many episodes.
