Kamikochi - Mt. Chogatake Hike (Late July 2021)

Drew and Emily spend four days in Kamikochi:
Day 1- Arrive and camp at Tokusawa.
Day 2- Summit Mt. Chogatake.
Day 3- Descent down to Yokoo.
Day 4- Return to Kappabashi and depart.

Looks fabulous. The geothermal area of the pond at 1:31 looks amazing. Was the water a bit warm? 11:46 looks majestic! Good stuff. Thank you!

Not warm, but the minerals and slight ph difference prevents any algae from growing. This makes the water absolutely clear
