CP lost the Teck coal contract to CN. Trains are interchanged at Kamloops for CN to haul to west coast ports. Empties run the reverse route, interchanged back to CP & hauled back to the mines.

Thank you. You will see CN and CP trains often on either lines, further up in the Canyon trains run directional running, so CP westbounds travel on CN's track, and for eastbounds CN runs on CP's trackage.

No not yet, and now that everything is washed out I don't think I will see it anytime soon.

@@TracksideTyson you can still go by taking 99 to lilloet and the 97 into ashcroft and town into town but the washout has no trains running cause tank hill and jackass mtn
