Thanks for making this content reach us. I think this is shody works(if it is indeed the second phase of the Kampala flyover) and its not well attended to like the works in phase one of the Kampala fly over. Its like they are trying to mend the broken parts of the old damaged road(ruins) and not a full reconstruction as we have seen in the first phase. I hope they will attend to these works and make it clasic. Thanks once again for the video.

They should construct bigger box calverts around mukwano area due to the fact that the area is likely to flood incase of rain from waters coming from kibuli upper hill
