Kampala landlords incur losses as tenants vacate houses amid refugee influx.

Minister of Local Government, Raphael Magezi, has raised concerns over the growing influx of refugees in Kampala. He noted that the situation has become unbearable, forcing landlords to incur losses as tenants vacate residential houses where refugees are camping outside.
Magezi revealed this during a meeting organized by the Office of the Prime Minister to discuss the progress, challenges, and solutions for service delivery to refugees and host communities.
