@@cynthiachung5463 Hi. I bet many Malaysians know Kampar town. I especially notice the kaya puff, and the thinly chopped chee cheong fun. Nevermind the many good foods from Perak, like Ipoh nga choy kai fahn, Shad K ma, Ipoh Hor fun, Kai peng and not forgetting Rendang Tuk. Seems like you are from Kampar. My relatives stays around Jln Masjid. Police station nearby. Seemed like you are from there. Really nice place and people.

Hi Doug! All you want is KECAP MANIS, an Indonesian sweet soy sauce, ideally used for Satays, Salads and so on, almost all- purposed, I love it soooooo much! Can be found in Asian supermarkets or even Woollies. Enjoy!

I an not find dark carmel sauce or abalone sauce. Is there another name for them?
@themeatmensg3 жыл бұрын
Dark Caramel Sauce is also known as Dark Soy Sauce, very thick and viscous. Whereas Abalone Sauce is just abalone sauce, there isnt another name for it. Hope this helps :)

Why do we need to blanch the beef?
@aaaaaaaaaaaa8087 жыл бұрын
I believe they do it to remove all the impurities, so they'll get cleaner/clearer broth.

loooooooool why do we need pot? why do we need stove? why do we need to boil the water? why is a grade 2 kid asking questions about grade 12 math? why are people answering his question when they know it will not do any help to him? fyi if you didnt know why we need to blanch food ingredients before cooking, then my suggestion to you is first start with learning the basics such as washing dishes after your mom cooks, sweeping the floor, cleaning the toilet, and when you learn the times table and abcdefg.... then your mom can teach you how to make instant noodles. focus on what you are suppose to learn now and dont get distracted watching youtube videos for adults, youre still young and have a long way to go.
