Fred is a true animal keeper, he is so extremely humble and not afraid to let, potentially, the whole world know when he isn’t knowledgeable in an animal. Asking Kenan for help is the true sign of an expert, knowing that you never stop learning or perfecting your art. I think the deaf dog was unknowingly a perfect match for Fred, they both beat to their own drum! He reminds me of a good friend of mines dad. He's the type of person you could show up unexpected and he will stop whatever he's doing and make you feel like he's been waiting for you. That can be a double edge sword at times, you can also find yourself chopping wood, sealing the pool, cleaning the gutters, etc.. It's just messed up when your buddy slipped out earlier and his friends now are the ones stuck helping. This was before cell phones, when kids actually played outside, and hanging out with friends wasn't virtually through a gaming system! .

Interesting fact from an Aussie: The Blue Heeler is what we call a cattle dog, they are mostly bred to herd cattle, and they are the most loyalist dogs anyone can have and they are very protective towards their owners. They can easily be train to do a multitude of things, and it being def doesn't mean it doesn't know what you are saying, they can read hand signals better then any other dog. So your mate has 1 of the best dogs, and another brilliant dog is a Red Heeler (its the same just red). Edit: I know this is an old video but, I have missed a lot due to no computer, so slowly catching up. :D

Epic Fred, doing so much, taking good care of so many animals. I loved Bindy, a friend of mine had a deaf dog also and they are great and quirky. I had a Podocnemis Unifilis also so it was good to know he also has one (I left mine in the wild since im from South America) and miss it alot.

I live right across a pond in ny called ooms pond and there have been 3 common snapping turtles that laid eggs but the one closest to my house got dig up and all the eggs got eaten but there are 2 others that might still have eggs
