I was just listening to my playlist today in the car and a song came up in it, "The Old Man" by The Fureys, it's an important song to me because it was played at my Grandfathers funeral a few years ago. However it was the first time I've listened to the song since Fred passed away and well it made me think of him as well. I think the lyrics describe Fred quite well and how people saw him and looked up to him.

Fred was such a legend. Sure there were moments he may have been hard to understand at moments and there were a few times watching him with the big crocs that everyone, even Kenan, thought, this is the end. But no matter how sketchy the situation was, Fred never showed any fear. He jumped in to his ponds and just scooped up snappers. Climbed in with his pythons and and told them to knock it off. Lol. I’m so glad that people like you and Chandler were able to get Fred out to the world and show everyone a man that truly cared about his animals. He wasn’t doing it for fame. He wasn’t doing it money. He was doing it for the animals. He will be missed. I lost my dad as well this past Tuesday. My dad loved zoos. Hopefully they meet each other in the afterlife at Fred’s Crocodile Corner in the sky. Remember, don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.

Some of my favorite videos are the ones you have done with Fred. He's the guy everyone wants to visit and know. Thank you for this tribute.
