It's done! ‪@DremelUS‬ asked us to create a fun crafting video for you and we picked the Majora’s Mask from Legend of Zelda! While everything is made just with simple EVA foam, my beloved Dremel 4000 and a few different tips were enough to turn it into realistic looking wood! Benni’s wonderful paint job and a few fancy LEDs made everything perfect! I’m so happy how the mask turned out and am trilled to collaborate with Dremel again! It’s one of my favorite crafting tools and I’m super happy how much they're supporting the cosplay community!

I love your tutorial and made my own, however I made mine without the wood grain and went for a more metal effect since the mask is canon made of armor. I found painting to be the most difficult part surprisingly, yours turned out better than mine though :)

@@abom7634 yeah , its on the zeldapedia where it says "Majora's Mask is revealed to have been made from the armor of a legendary beast named Majora, that lived around ten million years before the events of Majora's Mask." and in the mask artworks none of them have wood grain. though i understand why people did wood grain, my first thought was that it was made of wood too.

My dremel came in handy making the blue spirit mask from the last air bender a couple years back. I had some pieces of Eva foam lying around for that one. I just did a paper mache Majora’s mask for Halloween this year and it turned out pretty well. My sister is obsessed with legend of Zelda, so I was making it for her.

Only addition I'd be compelled to make, personally, is to attach the tendrils from the actual boss fight to the back. I always loved the idea of those, adding more to the parasitic aspects of Majora itself, as if wanting to latch onto your head and use you like a puppet.

Considering it doesn't actually have any eye holes, I suppose a slightly over-sized display piece, with LEDs, is a pretty good way of making Majora's Mask... but I'm still a little bit disappointed you can't wear it
