It's my opinion that we are going away from our Guru Sahib for which we are facing problems in our day to day life. If we read Guru Sahib one ang two ang or three ang what ever you do, must do it. Take help from Guru Sahib, he will solve all our problems. Must have faith and love, always ang sang waheguru ji. These two books may help 'the power of now' "Full catastrophe living' Both are bit spiritual but practical. Other things help that besides meditation are dopamine detox, fasting, running , socialising and eating healthy.
