I think u added food colour to this receipe,I tried it ,it came very tasty but colour is not that red,I just use a bit of haldi,n a good quantity of Kashmiri Lal mirch,n give a good roast to everything,then also it's not that red..but anyways tx for this amazing receipe👍❤️

You must have used a bad quality Kashmiri Chilli powder then. Some brands add in saw dust as a filler to scam customers. One way to test it is by mixing the powder with a glass of water (use clear glass to see the impurities).
