This is very simple procedure to make biryani, a really tested well . Small suggestion - If rice are old then it takes 2.5 glass of water in total for cooking that 1.5 glass pf rice . Rest tests is awesome.🔥🔥

Awesome recipe...exactly as you said..ekdum hotel jesa taste..infact my MIL said it was better than hotel or dhaba..I used beetroot,capsicum instead of beans,potato and cauliflower...doubted that my experiment may go wrong,but it turned super delicious...great going...keep it up

I tried this for the first time seeing the comments and it came out just like restaurant style, especially the rice was not soggy like it always is for me. It was separate and I loved the texture and taste. Thanks for sharing this recipe :) I wish I could post the picture 🙃😇
