My least favourite thing about some comedians is how they upload a bit online and then continue to do the same bit on stage. It's like they're saying "oh you've seen my work online? Then don't come to my show na. Because I'll do the same bits again and you'll just get bored."

Dude it's a 4 minute slot in a comedy festival in which the second half is material that wasn't even in Kanan's special which was based on a tour that's already finished and not happening on stage anymore. Calm down.

@@youknowhu The thing is most comedians wouldn't throw away brand new work-in-progress bits on short slots in a huge comedy festival, where most audience members don't know them because there are hundreds of performers from around the world. Not to mention the festival clips get uploaded to KZbin. They'll probably go in with something well honed that can kill. This isn't an Indian comedian thing, I've seen many British and American comedians do this in other festivals, from Montreal (just for laughs) to London. You can literally track the bit evolving over time from festival to festival sometimes. There's also different styles of comedy, some people are more improvisational and off-the-cuff while some more literary, exact and polished. That also has an effect.
