I'm graduated with my master's degree now, so I have more time to focus on fingerstyle tunes! I know I've been playing a lot of Kotaro Oshio tunes for the past 12ish years, but I promise I'll learn different stuff.

Thank you! I started fingerstyle when I was around 12 years old, so that was 13 years ago! Crazy how time flies!

You can do it! Keep practicing! I have been playing for over ten years, but I learned this technique maybe in my second or third year of playing! :)

Inspiring vid. I wonder do you apply anything special to your nails to have them strong enough to use on both nylon and steel strings?

Hi! I don’t apply anything haha I either get lucky or I break my nail 😂 but I think it is important to buff them and polish them as much as you can so that nothing gets caught onto the steel strings. Drink lots of milk!
