Ingredients
1 and ½ cup of poha
½ tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of peanuts
1 tsp of mustard seeds
2 tbsp of oil
2 sticks of curry leaves
2 chopped green chillies

1/4th tsp of turmeric powder
Coriander leaves to garnish
Take a strainer and add 1 and ½ cup of poha. Then rinse the poha with water and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add ½ tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar and mix it well. Then keep it aside.
Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of peanuts. Dry roast it until it becomes crunchy and then keep the peanuts aside. In the same pan and add 2 tbsp of oil and add 1 tsp of mustard seeds and let the mustard seeds crackle. Then add 2 sticks of curry leaves and 2 chopped green chillies. Fry it for 1 minute and then add 2 finely chopped onions and fry this for 3 minutes. Add 1/4th tsp of turmeric powder and add the roasted peanuts. Mix this well and add the poha. Mix it well and cover it with a lid and let it cook for 4 minutes on low flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
