I love it when a singer has the confidence to not over sing a song. Just sing the notes that need to be sung. It's not necessary to sing the scale every time you open your mouth. This lady knows her stuff.

Marc, I went over to your youtube channel and learned what an incredible musician you are! You're really good! Hey, did you know Kandace was so nice when she was a teenager that she came over to our house to give our girls piano lesson? She tried to teach them how to play by ear. The were lucky to have her!

It comes around, once in a while, a talent that finds someone, and sets them free. Their soul, rests easy, knowing the spirit within, allows the talent to shine through. Isn't it wonderful, Kandace has that talent, spirit and soul.. Thank you. Kandace.

Such an ICONIC album for these desperate and sad times . Creating a legacy for herself and continuing the legacy of such epic vocal artists before her is monumental . The trio involved in this moving composition of song and instruments creates a modern time capsule of timeless songs .I was totally taken aback by her brilliance timing and vocal artistry . Bravo to such an amazing performer and her brilliant trio .

Stunning and comforting all at the same time in true Kandace Style! You're so in harmony with the story of the National Museum of African American Music opening Labor Day weekend 2020 in the heart of downtown Nashville. Hope you will look to become involved with our mission to educate, celebrate, and preserve the legacy of the contributions of African Americans to the American soundtrack!

Word of advice, its easy to see wrong things from the past. If you want to really change things, talk about good ideas to help our future. Spending time looking back is a distraction from what is important in the future. Just my thoughts.
