Pam really loved Andy. I imagine she's back sailing with him again. Pam will live on in the mind of all she inspired. Thanks Pam for being you.

What an unbelievable interview, you can tell how much love she has for her boat by the way she wants to share all the details of the build and voyages. You have such a great way of interviewing, it seemed as though she wanted to keep the interview going. she is such an inspiration.

It's really nice to see someone who has been involved in something for that long and still has so much passion for it. This is the second video about Pam Wall that I've come across. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I've found the videos have really captured my interest.

A boat intended for sailing, not for cocktail parties. Nowadays the mainstream fashion of sailboat design has gone to impractical direction when thinking about real offshore use. I really enjoyed watching this while we are designing a 40 ft cruising tool for life at sea. Thanks a lot for making the interview!

That was pretty cool, not sure if I'm more impressed by the boat or by her!

I knew there was a reason that I never got around to replacing my forward hatch. Those hatches might be the best kept secret in boating, and I was waiting to discover them :-). CASE CLOSED! I reckon a table that slides up to the roof might be an option for my situation too. BRILLIANT!!!

Tell Pam as a 59 North alumnus I will take a trip to Ft Lauderdale for a in person tour. That is one fantastic innovative boat. I am borrowing several ideas for my design. Great work!

I've watched this several times. Just bought a Freya 39 in Langkawi and look forward to getting her into shape. I loved getting ideas from someone knowledgeable like Ms. Wall. The segment devoted to her was equally inspiring. I just got Des Kerns book detailing the trip with Andy Wall around the Horn. There is still adventure to be had out there.

We are currently refitting our Wauquiez Pretorien. Prior to buying her, we were trying to buy a Freya, but found none for sale. Be cool to see your refits.

I have the same galley sink set-up, but was going to change it; the reason being was the issue with disconnecting the sink drain prior to getting engine access. Is there a way to ask Pam how they overcame that issue?

I owned a Freya 39, would like to know if you have any maintenance manual for it? The builder in California has been closed for business.
