People forget that Kandi Burruss (along w/ "Tiny" Tameka Harris) WROTE *TLC's Biggest hit* "No Scrubs". That song *is* & will *always* be a Huge moment in HipHop/ R&B music & is a certified *classic*. Sure she may be more known Now for being a "Real Housewife of Atlanta", but let's not forget that Before all that, she was a *platinum selling* artist in the girl group "Xscape" (a bit before my time, admittedly) who went on to write *multiple* HITS for artists like *TLC,* *Mariah Carey,* Pink, *Destiny's Child,* Keyisha Cole, & *ALOT* more that I'm forgetting lol. She's also *still* a successful business woman/song writer today &, say what you will about the (multiple) reality shows she starred/stars in, but RHOA is deffinitley a *bag* & she was the *highest paid* on her seasons along with NeNe Leaks. I sound like Im writting and IMBD bio lmao. But fr it's just absolutely *shameful* when I hear people talk about her/women like her as if she's just a "reality T.V character" or "washed up 90's singer".......if they do even aknowledge her singing career! Women like Kandi is what young girls, especially girls of color, *should* be taking notes from & aspiring to be instead of these random instagram "models" (thots) & talentless exploitative carbon-copy youtube "influencers". She's fr an inspiration to me. You go head, girl! Get that $$!
