That (according to awhora/lawrence) is why she got so angry. at the same time ... it is tv so I personally wouldn't have gotten so mad because you have to kinda expect those tricks

It goes to show how powerful your mind set and attitude can be. Lawrence pre and post covid break was a completely different competitor. She came back with a rain cloud over her head. I suffer from depression, and by god did I struggle in lock down, so I can’t say I don’t understand. Same with Bimini really, except in the reverse way. She came back with so much confidence and an even better sense of self and kicked arse. Not that she was bad before the break; her increased confidence just gave her such an edge.

A'Whora talked about it during the re-union and it seems as if she has come to her sense but Lawrence - who won the season and should be a role model for drag queens - didn't, and she was even friends with Ellie. The issue is that Lawrence did badly in the competition during the second half, behaved badly and then won without any acknowledgment.
