out of 78 countries I've been to, Venice is one place that is such a painful tourist trap and ridiculously overpriced for minimal reasons. Thank you both for such a balanced vlog from Venice, relaxed, relatable and authentic. Love your vlogs, easy to watch, with loads of info. I have been travelling to Italy for many years & have sadly seen the massive increase of tourists, restaurants that serve very mediocre food at extortionate prices. The Rialto bridge is just awful. I usually get an airbnb, that's out of town to avoid the crowds & be able to eat in decent restaurants. Enjoy Milan, there are some fantastic restaurants there.

Love your videos. Info for the low budget Traveller; you can get the public transportation from airport to Venice Center for ~30€/adult. Venice itself offers water taxis with similar experience, not private but small group for under 10€. Just stay in boat however long you desire.
