Great job, Linnea for starting a business in something you are passionate about. Keep up the great work! When I moved to Sweden, I didn't know why everyone was so obsessed with Kannelbulle (cinnamon buns). 3 years on, I'm hooked onto them and have my favorite places. I live 4 hours by train away from Stockholm and would love to visit Linnea's bakery one day to have a Fika break there 😊.

They are amazing but the Cardamom buns are even better! I cook those Swedish buns every month, to be paired with a strong black coffee or chaï black tea. The Swedish version is way tastier than the American "cream glazed" version.

Kanelboller as we call them in Norway are called Norwegian Kanel boller because they are so typical of Norway, plus we have other varieties with other spices as well.
